Digital, Colour – Regents Park, London, UK
This is one of a series of images taken in development of an art work, The Smallest Cinema in the World – For The Wealthy and the Good, by artist Annika Eriksson. There is no artificial light in the park at night. These images were created by making use of the light pollution from London’s sodium vapour lights. Sodium vapour lamps have monochromatic characteristics. Therefore the images here are almost void of a natural spectrum of light, despite the nearest electrical light being almost a mile away.
